  • BREAKFAST: smoothie with peach, blackberries, spinach, cinnamon
  • LUNCH: baked sweet potato, w/cannellini bean and avocado dip, and broccoli
  • SNACK: sliced cucumber w/ lime juice
  • SNACK: bowl of grapes
  • DINNER: pasta with zucchini , corn and tomato sauce (note: pasta is a “borderline food” – if you’re having a tough time losing the last 10 pounds, you may want to opt for potatoes instead).
